I just read an article about a county in Oregon (Multnomah County to be precise) that is in the process of cutting about 200 jobs. However, if you are an adept Twitterer, Myspace, or Facebook user you may be in luck. In the face of such significant cut backs, the county has realized the value of these social media sites...er, tools...and is going full steam ahead in its search for the perfect candidate (dare I say, the perfect Twerson??).
